基于校企合作的高职院校工作室教学模式探索——以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院建筑装饰专业为例 被引量:14

摘要 随着职业教育理念的深化,以产教融合、校企合作为主导的工作室教学模式不断兴起。浙江纺织服装职业技术学院建筑装饰专业构建了以"课程项目化、管理企业化、师资多元化、过程职业化、成果社会化"为核心的工作室制教学模式,依据工作流程对工作室的内部进行分隔布局,包括教学培训区、接待区、公共办公区、独立办公、会议区、设备材料展示区、人流通道等;依托专业工作室教学模式,课程教学模块从传统的模拟项目转变成校企合作的真实设计项目,取得了良好效果。 With the deepening of the concept of vocational education,the studio teaching mode,which is dominated by the integration of industry and education and the school-enterprise cooperation,is rising.The Architectural Decoration Specialty of Zhejiang Textile and Garment Polytechnic College has constructed a studio teaching mode with the core of"project-based courses,enterprise based management,diversified teachers,professionalized process and socialized results".According to the working process,the interior of the studio is divided and arranged,including teaching and training area,reception area,public office area,independent office,conference area,equipment and materials exhibition area as well as people flow channel;Based on the professional studio teaching mode,the course teaching module has been transformed from the traditional simulation project to the real design project of school-enterprise cooperation,which has achieved good results.
