以社会主义核心价值观为引领的高职院校新生入学教育模式探析

Analysis of Entrance Education Mode of Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by Socialist Core Values

新生入学教育是高职院校"立德树人"过程中的基础工程,也是培育社会主义核心价值观的核心环节。现有的新生入学教育尚未完全满足新生的成长需求,未与社会主义核心价值观完全融合,也未按学生需求区分类别和层次。高职院校应结合"三全育人"要求,将入学教育渗透学生学习生活,通过浓郁校园文化、大力推动社会实践、强化榜样激励作用等措施,将理想信念教育、知校爱校教育、学业规划教育、法规校规教育和心理健康教育等内容融合新生入学教育中。

The entrance education of freshmen is the basic project in the process of"cultivating people through morality education"in higher vocational colleges,and also the core link of cultivating socialist core values.The current enrollment education for freshmen has not fully met the growth needs of freshmen,has not fully integrated with the socialist core values,nor has it been divided into categories and levels according to the needs of students.Higher vocational colleges should integrate the entrance education into students’study and life in accordance with the requirements of"three aspects of education",and integrate the education of ideals and beliefs,the education of knowing and loving schools,the education of academic planning,the education of laws and regulations,and the education of mental health into the entrance education of freshmen through the rich campus culture,the promotion of social practice,and the enhancement of the role of model encouragement.
