老年患者术后苏醒延迟影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of postoperative delayed recovery in elderly patients

目的探讨全身麻醉(全麻)老年患者苏醒延迟的相关影响因素。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年7月潍坊医学院附属医院收治的397例行全麻手术、年龄65~85岁老年患者的麻醉记录单、麻醉复苏单、电子病历等。结果年龄、合并呼吸功能障碍、术后低体温、术中应用吸入麻醉药,以及合并肝、肾功能障碍对患者苏醒时间具有显著影响;其中年龄、合并呼吸功能障碍、术后低体温是苏醒延迟的独立影响因素。结论全麻老年患者苏醒延迟的相关影响因素有年龄、合并呼吸功能障碍、术后低体温、术中应用吸入麻醉药,以及合并肝、肾功能障碍等,应针对这些因素采取相应的预防措施以降低老年患者苏醒延迟等相关并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the related influencing factors of delayed recovery in elderly patients under general anesthesia.Methods The anesthetic record lists,anesthesia recovery lists,electronic medical records,etc.in 397 elderly patients with general anesthesia aged 65-85 years old in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from January 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The age,complicating respiratory dysfunction,postoperative hypothermia,intraoperative inhaled anesthesia use and complicating liver and kidney dysfunction had significant influence on the recovery time of the patients;in which,the age,complicating respiratory dysfunction and postoperative hypothermia were the independent influencing factors of delayed recovery.Conclusion The related influencing factors of delayed recovery have the age,complicating respiratory dysfunction,postoperative hypothermia,intraoperative inhaled anesthesia use,complicating liver and kidney dysfunction,etc.Should aiming at these factors to adopt the corresponding preventive measures for decreasing the occurrence rates of delayed recovery related complications in the elderly patients.
