摘要
巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站料场细骨料局部含泥量偏大,细度模数偏小,粗骨料局部含泥量偏大,级配不良,砂、砾石均具有潜在碱活性,需要采取相应的工艺措施进行处理。对砂石加工及混凝土拌和系统的关键工艺进行了分析研究,阐述了主要工艺的设计方案。生产实践表明,系统正常有序运行,各项指标符合设计要求,系统关键工艺的研究成果应用有效控制了混凝土质量,减少了建安投资与运营成本。
The partial fine aggregate of Karot Hydropower Station in Pakistan has large mud content,small fineness modulus while the partial coarse aggregate has poor gradation and large mud content.Both sand and gravel have potential alkali activity and should be treated by correspondent technologies.This paper analyses and studies the key technologies of sand and stone processing and concrete mixing system,and expounds the design scheme of the main technology.The production practice shows that the system runs normally and orderly,and each index meets the design requirements.The application of the researched key technology of the system can effectively control the quality of concrete and reduce the investment and operation cost of construction and installation.
