摘要
巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站为单一发电任务的水电枢纽,装设4台立轴混流式水轮机组。结合卡洛特水电站设计条件及机电设备的具体要求,开展了辅助系统设计方案研究。介绍了技术供水系统、排水系统、压缩空气系统、透平油和绝缘油系统、水力监视测量系统和机电设备消防系统的设计方案和技术参数。卡洛特水电站水力机械辅助系统配置合理、运维方便、运行经济和安全可靠,可满足电站长期安全稳定运行的需要。
Karot Hydropower Station in Pakistan is specially built for power generation with 4 vertical shaft turbines.Considering the conditions of Karot Hydropower Station and requirements of M&E equipment,the research on the hydraulic machinery auxiliary system design is carried out.The design scheme and technical parameters of water supply system,drainage system,air compression system,turbine oil and insulating oil system,hydraulic monitoring and measuring system and fire fighting system for machinery equipment are introduced.The hydraulic machinery auxiliary system is well-equipped,convenient in operation and maintenance,economical,safe and reliable,and can meet the requirement for the long-term stability and safe operation of the power station.
