On the Formation,Development and Characteristics of LiJianzhen’s Cadre Building Thought

李坚真干部队伍建设思想于一九四九年前基本形成,历经了"一九四九年后到改革开放前"和"改革开放后"两个阶段的发展,主要有"干部工作的性质""干部身份的定位""干部能力的要求""干部作风的规定""干部作用的理解"以及"干部的选拔和培养"等内容。李坚真是工农干部出身,参加革命后长期从事妇女工作,一九四九年后长期主持广东省纪检工作,其干部队伍建设思想带有浓厚的工农干部色彩,具有鲜明的妇女干部特征,并体现了纪检工作的深刻影响。

Li Jianzhen’s cadre building thought initially formed before the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It goes through two stages of development :"from the Founding of the People’s Republic to the Pre-Reform and Opening-up Period" and "after the reform and opening". It includes the characteristic of cadre work, the positioning of cadre’s identity, the requirements for cadre work, the regulations on cadres’ style of work, the understanding on the role of cadres, the selection and cultivation of cadres and so on. Li Jianzhen’s coming from a worker-and-peasant cadre family, his engaging in women’s work, and the work experience of longterm discipline inspection in Guangdong province, all contribute to the characteristic of his cadre building thought. His cadre building thought shows strong feature of worker-and-peasant and distinct characteristics of women cadres;moreover, it manifests the deep influnce of discipline inspecting.
