随着高职教育百万扩招的深入推进,职业教育竞争与日俱增,高职院校必须树立竞争发展的理念,主动参与人才培养的全过程并找寻培育与提升竞争力的有效路径。通过分析近年来广东高职教育“创新强校工程”考核结果,提出高职院校竞争力培育与提升,既要突出办学特色,又要重视人才培养全过程质量竞争,走“扩容、提质、强服务”之路,优化扩充优质生源、创新人才培养模式、强化社会服务,实现高质量发展。
