百万扩招背景下高职专业学院人才培养模式改革的策略研究

A Research of the Strategy of Personnel Training Mode Reform in Professional College of Vocational Schools Under the Background of One Million Enrollment Expansion

针对国家产业转型所面临技术技能人才缺乏的现状,通过梳理高等职业教育发展历程,面对高等职业教育百万扩招战略布局,提出创新人才培养模式,建立高职院校、中职院校与行业企业协同的专业学院育人机制,深化产教融合加强专业学院内涵建设,落实工学结合的现代学徒制人才培养模式,提升高素质技术技能人才培养质量。

This essay aims at the current situation of lack of technical talents that was confronted with during the national industrial transformation.By the development process of higher vocational education,front the strategic composition of“one million enrollment expansion”of higher vocational education,an innovative personnel training mode has been put forward.a professional college education mechanism will be established,in which vocational colleges,secondary vocational colleges and industrial enterprises will work in coordination,the integration of industry and education will be intensifi ed,and the connotation construction of professional colleges will be strengthen as well.The modern apprenticeship model of combining work with study will be implemented,and fi nally the training quality of high technical talents will be promoted.
