摘要
“互联网+”为教师教育的均衡发展提供了契机和途径。首先对信息素养的概念进行了剖析与界定,指出其本质是对传统的文化素养内涵的现实延伸,包括了数据素养、知识产权素养等,是新时代高校教师专业素养结构的元素养;其次,从现代社会发展、现代教育变革、高校教师专业成长等方面分析了高校教师提升信息素养的必要性;最后,提出了高校教师信息素养的养成策略,分别是强化教学理念的发展性和包容性、教学设计的开拓性和多样性、教学成长的合作性和反思性、职后培训的丰富性和实效性。
“Internet+”provides an opportunity for the balanced development of teacher education.Firstly,the paper analyzes and defi nes the concept connotation of information literacy,thinks that its essence is a realistic extension of the connotation of traditional cultural literacy,and the meta-quality of the professional quality structure of college teachers in the new era.Secondly,the paper discusses the necessity of improving the college teachers'information literacy from the following three aspects:the development of modern society,modern education reform,and professional growth of college teachers.Finally,the paper proposed four forming strategies to improve information literacy,which are to strengthen the development and inclusiveness of teaching concept,strengthen the pioneering and diversity of teaching design,strengthen the cooperation and refl ection of teaching growth,and strengthen the richness and effectiveness of post-profession training.
