基于学习感知价值的高职教育质量提升策略

摘要 学习感知价值是基于学生通过学习所能感知到的学习利益与学生在获得学习成果中所付出的成本进行权衡后的对学习效用的整体价值。通过理论分析与问卷调研,获得学习感知价值与高职教育质量的指标对应关系,构建指标体系。依据指标权重的翔实数据及变量关系,提出学习感知价值角度下高职教育质量的提升策略:建设良好的校园环境,提升高职院校的形象价值;构建良好的理论课程教学体系和教学模式,提升理论教学的质量;完善技能教学的层次和结构,提升技能教学的质量;构建良好的职业发展平台,提升专业教学的职业化发展质量;实施多种人文关怀的策略及创业就业教育内容,提升学生学习与就业的预期质量。 Learning perceived value is based on the overall value of learning effectiveness after the balance between the perceived learning benefits and the cost of learning outcomes.Through theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey,the corresponding relationship between learning perceived value and higher vocational education quality is obtained,and the index system is constructed.By using factor analysis,the data of image value,theoretical value,skill value,professional value and economic value of learning perceived value are obtained.On the basis of data analysis,the logical relationship between indicators and the ranking of importance degree of indicators are obtained.According to the detailed data and variable relationship of index weight,this paper expounds the promotion strategy of higher vocational education quality from the perspective of learning perceived value.
