舒适护理对无抽搐电休克治疗精神病患者治疗依从性及舒适度的影响

Effect of comfort nursing on treatment compliance and comfort of patients with psychosis treated modified electroconvulsive therapy

目的探讨舒适护理在无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗精神病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的62例精神病患者,采用红黄双色球法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。两组均行MECT治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用舒适护理,比较护理前后两组的依从性和舒适度,比较两组护理总满意度。结果护理前两组的舒适度评分、依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组舒适度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组的合理饮食、遵医用药、定期检查比例高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对MECT治疗精神病患者实施舒适护理可有效改善患者遵医行为,提高患者舒适度,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on patients with mental illness after modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT). Methods A total of 62 psychiatric patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and an observation group by throwing the red/yellow doublecolor ball, 31 cases in each group. All patients were treated with MECT. In the control group, conventional nursing was used, while in the observation group, comfort nursing on this basis was adopted. The treatment compliance and comfort of the two groups of patients before and after nursing, the total nursing satisfaction were compared. Results There was no significant difference in comfort score and compliance between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05).The comfort score of patients in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the nursing, the proportion of patients in the observation group with regular diet, compliance of medication following doctor′s advice, and regular examinations was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing for patients with mental illness treated by MECT can effectively enhance compliance, improve patients′ comfort, and increase total nursing satisfaction, which is worth clinical promoting.
