摘要
基于学生岗位综合能力考核的职业教育第三方评价作为其中的一种实践体系,其评价的核心是职业院校准毕业生的岗位综合能力。这一体系的确立有利于形成行业用人标准,诊断和解决学校人才培养中遇到的课程与教学问题,确定毕业生的薪酬水平。构建基于学生岗位综合能力考核的职业教育第三方评价,需要确立用人单位的评价主体地位、形成多维度的评价指标体系、设计精准高效的评价考核流程、建立有力的评价保障系统等。
As a practical system,the third party evaluation of vocational education based on the assessment of students'comprehensive vocational competency takes the comprehensive vocational competency of vocational college graduates as its evaluation core.The establishment of this system helps to form industry employment standards,diagnose and solve curriculum and teaching problems encountered in school talent training,and determine the salary level of graduates.To construct the third-party evaluation of vocational education based on the assessment of students'comprehensive vocational competency,it is necessary to ensure the employer's evaluation subject status,form a multidimensional evaluation index system,design a precise and efficient evaluation process,establish a powerful evaluation safeguard system and so on.
