三维资本理论视角下“新失业群体”就业培训研究

Research on Employment Training of"New Unemployed Group"from the Perspective of Three-dimensional Capital Theory

伴随着我国经济发展与社会的转型,弱势群体的生存状态越来越成为政府和学术界关心的问题。而作为弱势群体中重要组成部分的“新失业群体”,也得到越来越多的关注。就目前而言,从三维资本理论的视角来看,“新失业群体”存在人力资本缺乏、社会资本不足、心理资本薄弱等问题,需要通过提高文化知识、增强职业技能、扩展就业渠道、完善就业制度、转变就业概念以及加强心理疏导等途径加以改进。

With the transformation of economy and society in China,the survival status of vulnerable groups has increasingly become an issue of concern to academia and the government.As an important part of the vulnerable groups,"the new unemployed group"has also received more and more attention.At present,from the perspective of three-dimensional capital theory,"new unemployed group"has the problems of lack of human capital,social capital and psychological capital.It needs to be improved by improving cultural knowledge,enhancing vocational skills,expanding employment channels,improving employment system,changing employment concept and strengthening psychological counseling.
