职业院校跨境电商专业人才培养的实践研究——以宁波第二技师学院为例

摘要 当前,职业院校跨境电商专业人才培养主要面临三大问题:一是学生实训缺乏有效平台,二是教师成长缺乏有效路径,三是校企合作缺乏有效协同。针对这些问题,结合技师学院师生的特点,以宁波第二技师学院为例,提出构建基于五个“一体化”的人才培养模式,即培养目标能岗一体、实践基地产教一体、课程组织理实一体、实训模式工学一体、师资建设专兼一体。五个“一体化”的人才培养模式有助于增强学生的职业能力,提升教师的专业能力,助推企业的销售业绩。 Currently,there are three major problems in the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals in vocational colleges:first,the lack of an effective platform for students'practical training;second,the lack of an effective path for teachers'growth;third,the lack of effective cooperation between schools and enterprises.In view of these problems,combining with the characteristics of teachers and students of technician college,this paper took Ningbo second technician college as an example and proposed to build a talent training model based on five"integration",that is,integration of competence and posts in training objectives,integration of production and teaching in practice base,integration of theory and practice in curriculum organization,integration of learning and work in practical training mode,and integration of full-time and part-time teachers in teacher construction.The"five integration"talent cultivation model helps to enhance students'vocational competence,improve teachers'professional competence and boost the sales performance of enterprises.
