蜂针疗法联合塞来昔布治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Bee Sting Therapy plus Celecoxib for Treatment of Active Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的观察蜂针联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法64例AS患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组以口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加蜂针治疗。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)、Bath AS衡量指数(BASMI)、Bath AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、Bath AS功能指数(BASFI)评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为75.0%,观察组总有效率为93.8%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS、BASMI、BASDAI、BASFI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS、BASMI、BASDAI、BASFI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蜂针联合塞来昔布胶囊较单纯口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗活动期AS的临床疗效更显著,对AS患者各项病情评分指数具有更明显的改善作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bee sting therapy plus celecoxib for active ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Method Sixty-four AS patients were allocated,using a random number table,to observation and control groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of celecoxib capsules and the observation group,bee sting therapy in addition.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index(BASMI)score,the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI)score and the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 75%in the control group and 93.75%in the observation group.There was a statistically significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS,BASMI and BASFI scores in the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS,BASMI,BASDAI,BASDAI and BASFI scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Bee sting plus celecoxib capsules is clinically more effective than celecoxib capsules alone in treating active AS and decreases various index scores more significantly in AS patients.
