腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤中不同止血方式对比

Comparison of different hemostasis methods in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors with laparoscopy

目的:对比分析卵巢良性肿瘤患者腹腔镜手术治疗之后不同止血方式对患者的窦卵泡数、卵泡数、卵子数、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、首次月经复潮时间、卵巢大小的影响。方法:选取100例实施腹腔镜肿瘤剥除术治疗的卵巢良性肿瘤患者,按照不同止血方式分为对照组与研究组,每组各50例。对照组实施电凝止血,研究组实施缝合止血,对组间术后的窦卵泡数、卵泡数、卵子数、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、首次月经复潮时间、卵巢大小进行指标对比分析。结果:研究组术后的窦卵泡数、卵泡数、卵子数、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵巢大小等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);首次月经复潮时间指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对卵巢良性肿瘤患者腹腔镜肿瘤剥除术治疗后进行缝合的方式止血,有助于改善患者的卵巢功能,是值得推广的一种术后止血方式。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different hemostasis on the number of sinus follicles,follicles,eggs,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,effects of estradiol,time of first menstrual re-wet,and ovarian size.Methods:100 patients with benign ovarian tumors treated by laparoscopic tumor removal were divided into control group and study group according to different hemostasis methods,50 cases in each group.The control group performed electrocoagulation to stop bleeding,and the study group performed suture to stop bleeding.The sinus follicle count,follicle count,egg count,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,first menstrual re-wetting time,and ovarian size were compared between two groups.Results:For the study group,the number of sinus follicles,follicles,and number of eggs,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol,and ovarian size were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first menstrual re-wetting time in study was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of suture hemostasis after laparoscopic removal of benign ovarian tumors is helpful to improve patients'ovarian function,which is worth popularizing.
