摘要
利用平行光栅覆盖在织物上产生的莫尔现象,探讨了织物经纬密度与莫尔条纹的关系,提出了将平行光栅与手机照相功能相结合测量织物经纬密度的新方法。利用手机为织物拍照,将平行光栅覆盖在照片上,连续放大织物照片,找出莫尔条纹宽度变化出现转折点时相片的放大比[WTBX]例k,织物密度=k×光栅栅线排列密度。利用新方法与传统的织物密度镜测量法分别对多种织物进行测量,两种方法的测量结果相差小于1%。新方法能方便、快速、准确地测量织物的经纬密度。
A method for measuring fabric count with Moirépattern and the photo function of a mobile phone was proposed.A mobile phone was use to photograph the fabric and then the photo was covered with a parallel grating.To enlarge the photo continuously by pinching the touchscreen of the mobile phone until a turning point of the Moirépatterns change appears and then determine the photo magnification k.The fabric density is equal to k times the arrangement density of the parallel grating.The practical results show this method is easy and has high precision.
