3101工作面运输顺槽掘进遇断层围岩控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 阳泰集团武甲煤矿3101工作面运输顺槽掘进中揭露一断层DF1,为了保证顺利推进,该矿对断层附近巷道应力分布情况进行分析,并建立了数值模型。模拟结果显示,断层对巷道的影响范围在30 m内,且距离断层越近,巷道应力集中程度越高。根据矿方经验和地质条件,选择了后退28.4 m,以10°上山进行挑顶施工,施工过程中采用锚杆+锚索+注浆支护方案,实地观测得出顶板最终变形量维持在80 mm,底板最终变形量稳定在87 mm,煤柱帮最终移进量维持在97 mm,实体煤帮最终移进量在68 mm,围岩控制效果较好,为安全通过断层提供了保障。 Fault DF1 was revealed during the mining of 3101 working face of Wujia Mine of Yangtai Group.In order to ensure smooth mining,the stress distribution of the roadway near the fault was analyzed and a numerical model was established.The simulation results showed that the influence of the fault on the roadway was within 30 m,and the closer to the fault,the higher the concentration of stress in the roadway.According to the mine experience and geological conditions,a backing of 28.4 m was selected and the roof was lifted at 10°.During the construction process,the bolt+anchor cable+grouting support scheme was adopted.The field observation showed that the final deformation of the roof remained at 80 mm,the final deformation of the bottom plate was stable at 87 mm,the final movement of the coal pillar was maintained at 97 mm,and the final movement of the solid coal was 68 mm,which ensured the safe mining,with good control effect of surrounding rock.
