摘要 针对望云煤矿3109综放工作面顶板坚硬,回撤通道矿压显现大,不能保证支架安全回撤的难题,提出了爆破切顶卸压方案,采用预裂聚能爆破技术在回撤通道后方对直接顶进行爆破切缝,根据实际生产地质条件和切缝实验,确定了炮孔参数,合理设计装药结构和聚能爆破管,优化了施工工艺,确保了工作面支架回撤安全。 Based on the hard roof and large mining pressure in withdrawal roadway in 3109 fully mechanized caving face in Wangyun Mine,which could not guarantee the safe withdrawal of the support,a pressure relief scheme for blasting and cutting was proposed.The direct roof was blasted with cutting slice,he blast hole parameters were determined based on the geological condition and cutting slice test,charging structure and cumulative blasting pipe were designed reasonably,which optimized the construction technology and ensured the safe recovery mining.
