陷落柱影响巷道围岩变形破坏规律及支护对策 被引量:6

摘要 煤矿巷道揭露陷落柱影响巷道围岩的稳定性。以山西豹子沟矿2311工作面皮带顺槽过陷落柱为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,研究陷落柱影响区域围岩应力分布规律,分析了不同陷落柱发育高度及不同掘进速度下巷道围岩变形破坏特征。结果表明,X63陷落柱塑性区半径为30.45 m,应力增高区半径为79 m;掘进速度越慢巷道围岩变形破坏越严重;陷落柱发育高度越大巷道围岩破坏越严重;常规的支护方案不能保证巷道稳定,锚注技术是该类巷道围岩控制的有效方法之一。 The exposed collapse column has a serious influence on the stability of roadway surrounding rock.Baozigou Mine 2311 working face was taken as the engineering background,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were used to study the stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the area affected by the collapsed column,and to analyze the characteristics of the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock under different development heights of collapsed column and different mining speeds.The results showed that the radius of the plastic zone of the X63 fallen column was 30.45 m and the radius of the stress increase zone was 79 m.The slower the excavation speed,the more serious the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock of the roadway;the greater the height of the development of the collapsed column,the more serious the destruction of the surrounding rock of the roadway;the conventional support scheme can not ensure the stability of the roadway,the anchoring technology is one of the effective methods for the control of the surrounding rock of this type of roadway.
