矿井三维可视化通风仿真模拟技术的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 斜沟煤矿矿井生产能力大,采掘范围广、工作面布置集中,导致矿井风量紧张,回风井主要通风机通风能力接近极限。通过利用Ventsim三维通风仿真模拟,能够实现矿井通风系统参数的实时模拟,利用Hardy-Cross迭代法解算通风网络,结合已建立三维模型对通风系统存在的问题进行研究分析,优化斜沟煤矿矿井通风系统。 Xiegou Mine with large production capacity,wide range of mining and the centralized arrangement of the working surface,led to a tight wind volume in the mine,and the ventilation capacity of the main ventilator in the return shaft was near the limit.Through the use of Ventsim 3D ventilation simulation,the real-time simulation of mine ventilation system parameters can be realized,Hardy-Cross iterative method was adopted to calculate ventilation system,combined with the established 3D model,the existed problems of ventilation system were studied to optimize the mine ventilation system in Xiegou Mine.
