单绳摩擦式提升系统升级研究与应用

摘要 为不断适应煤矿生产的要求,大型国有煤炭企业需要不断创新升级,优化系统结构及更新设备。开滦能源化工股份有限公司吕家坨矿业分公司老副井提升系统(1961年波兰研制)服役年限较长,存在主提升电机绝缘老化,滚筒强度降低、变形,主轴主轴疲劳损伤,制动系统存在重大安全隐患,关键设备、零部件老化磨损严重,原厂备件困难等问题,连续安全稳定运行风险加大,事故率较高,维修工作量大。针对这些问题进行了分析,进行国产化升级改造,使整个提升系统在生产中性能稳定,可靠运行。 In order to continuously adapt to the requirements of coal production,large state-owned coal enterprises need to continuously innovate and upgrade,optimize system structure and update equipment.Lvjiatuo Branch of Kailuan Energy&Chemical Corporation Ltd.has a long service life of the old shaft hoisting system(developed in Poland in 1961),the main hoisting motor insulation was aging,roller with reduced strength,deformation,spindle fatigue damage,the braking system with major safety risks,key equipment and parts aging wear and tear,the original plant spare parts difficulties,continuous safety and stable operation risk increase,with high the accident rate and maintenance workload.These problems were analyzed and upgraded locally to make the whole lifting system stable and reliable in production.
