分散式集中控制系统在选煤厂的应用研究

Study on the application of decentralized centralized control system in coal processing plants

针对辛置煤矿选煤厂控制系统存在控制精度较低、信号传输速度较慢等问题,将分散式集中控制系统应用至选煤厂中。结合选煤厂的现场特点,研究设计了分散式集中控制系统并进行了现场应用测试。测试结果表明,集控系统提高了选煤厂作业效率,保障了选煤厂的作业安全。

To solve the problems of low control accuracy and slow signal transmission speed in the control system of coal processing plant of Xinzhi Mine,a decentralized centralized control system was applied to the coal processing plant.The decentralized centralized control system was designed and tested for field application,taking into account the field characteristics of the coal processing plant.The test results showed that the centralized control system improved the operational efficiency of the coal processing plant and ensured the operational safety of the plant.
