摘要
为了预防北川煤矿局部瓦斯富集可能引发的瓦斯事故,本文以该矿实际生产时的瓦斯相关数据为基础,分析了矿井瓦斯涌出特征,并从多方面综合分析了其影响因素。研究结果表明,矿井瓦斯主要来源于回采工作面,其次为掘进巷道和旧采空区,矿井属低瓦斯矿井,但在部分工作面存在瓦斯聚集现象;煤层厚度大、煤级较高、地质构造较为封闭、煤层埋深大等地质条件是井田内瓦斯含量较高的主要原因,影响着瓦斯涌出量的大小;此外,瓦斯涌出量与大气压力、采煤工艺和开采强度均有一定的关系,大气压越小、采煤工艺越落后、原煤产量越高,瓦斯涌出量就越大。
In order to prevent gas accidents possibly caused by local gas enrichment in Beichuan Mine,the characteristics of mine gas emission were analyzed based on the actual gas production data of the mine and its influencing factors from various aspects were studied.The research results showed that the mine gas mainly came from the mining face,followed by the mining roadway and the goaf area.The mine was a low gas mine,but with gas accumulation in some working faces,thick coal seam,the high coal rank,and complex geological structure,relatively closed and large coal seam depth were the main reasons for the high gas content in the mine field,which in turn affected the amount of gas emission;in addition,gas emission and atmospheric pressure,coal mining technology and mining intensity were related,the lower the atmospheric pressure,the more backward the coal mining process,the higher the raw coal output,the greater the gas emission.
