能量代谢在慢性肾脏病中的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 慢性肾脏病是一种常见的肾脏疾病,最终可进展至终末期肾病,其发病机制至今尚未完全明确,主要治疗方法是肾脏替代疗法,但这种方法存在一定的局限性。能量代谢在机体的生命过程中发挥了重要作用,主要分为糖代谢和脂质代谢,能量代谢的改变可引起不同的疾病。近年来,大量研究发现在慢性肾脏病中存在糖代谢、脂质代谢等多种形式的能量代谢异常,提示能量代谢在慢性肾脏病发病及进展中可能具有重要作用。同时,针对能量代谢的干预也为慢性肾脏病的治疗开拓了新的思路。 Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common kidney disease that can eventually progress to end-stage renal disease.The pathogenesis of CKD has not been fully understood,and the main treatment is renal replacement therapy,but this method has certain limitations.Energy metabolism plays an important role in the life process of the body,which mainly includes glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.The change of energy metabolism can cause different diseases.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that there are various forms of energy metabolism abnormalities including glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in CKD,suggesting that energy metabolism may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of CKD.At the same time,the intervention of energy metabolism also opens up a new idea for the treatment of CKD.
