T2-FLAIR Enhancement in Cerebral and Meningeal Lesions

摘要 常规磁共振增强是以T1加权成像(T1WI)作为基本成像序列,但在常规T1WI增强上明显强化的大血管和脑皮质附近的病变常由于信号干扰显示不清。T2液体衰减翻转恢复序列(T2-FLAIR)为重T2加权成像,是中枢神经系统检查的常规序列,具有部分T1效应是其强化的基础。由于具有良好的脑脊液信号抑制效果,T2-FLAIR增强对脑表面、脑皮质附近病变显示较好。此外,T2-FLAR增强对对比剂浓度差异较敏感,可间接反映脑及脑膜肿瘤的血供情况,主要用于脑及脑膜病变的诊断。目前T2-FLAIR增强序列的应用普及性不高,其临床应用价值仍需进一步探索和研究。 Conventional magnetic resonance imaging enhancement takes T1 weighted imaging(T1WI)as the basic imaging sequence,but lesions around the large vessels and cerebral cortex significantly enhanced on conventional T1WI enhancement are often unclear due to signal interference.T2-fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequence(T2-FLAIR)heavy T2-weighted imaging is a routine sequence of central nervous system examinations,with a partial T1 effect as the basis for its enhancement.T2-FLAIR shows better effects on lesions on the brain surface and near the cerebral cortex due to its good effect on CSF signal suppression.In addition,T2-FLAIR enhancement is sensitive to the difference in contrast agent concentration,which can indirectly reflect the blood supply of brain and meningeal tumors,and is mainly used in the diagnosis of brain and meningeal lesions.At present,T2-FLAIR enhancement sequence is not widely used,and its clinical applicative value still needs further exploration and research.
