摘要
PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学模式强调在中医内科学教学中以学生主动参与学习为核心,代替了以往传统教学中以教师讲授为主。PBL教学与传统教学法相比,在提高学生学习能力上,有着明显的优势。但是在中医内科学应用过程中暴露出了教案教学束缚、角色转变困难、问题设计欠佳、考核评价应试等主要问题。积极探索解决该问题的对策,全面推行符合我国中医院校实际情况的PBL教学模式,不仅有利于中医内科学教学的提高,也必然为我国中医教育的改革和发展做出重大贡献。
PBL(problem-based learning) teaching mode emphasizes that students’ active participation in learning is the core on the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, instead of teachers’ teaching. Compared with the traditional teaching method, PBL teaching has obvious advantages in improving students’ learning ability. However, in the course of application of internal medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, there are many problems, such as restriction of teaching plan, difficulties in changing roles,poor design of problems, examination and evaluation, etc. Actively exploring the countermeasures to solve this problem and comprehensively impleme nting PBL teaching mode in accordance with the actual situation of Chinese medical colleges will not only help to improve the teaching of internal medicine of TCM, but also make great contributions to the reform and development of Chinese medicine education.
