摘要
小儿推拿学的教学过程包含理论学习和临床技能的练习,小儿这一特殊诊疗群体与成人存在较大差异,导致学生彼此间练习推拿手法时,难于切实感受真实小儿推拿学的临床诊疗细节。课题组以小儿推拿学教学大纲为脚本,应用微视频为展现手段,将小儿推拿学临床教学中的真实诊疗情况作为展现素材,探讨将其制作MOOC应用于小儿推拿学的教学效果。
The teaching process of pediatric tuina includes the practice of theoretical study and clinical skills. The difference between the special treatment group of"pediatrics"and"adults"makes it difficult for students to feel the real pediatric massage when practicing the massage techniques, clinical diagnosis and treatment details. The research team used the pediatric tuina syllabus as a script, applied micro-video as a means of presentation, and used the real diagnosis and treatment of pediatric tuina clinical as a material to explore the teaching effect of applying MOOC to pediatric tuina teaching.
