中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗干眼症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Xerophthalmia

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗干眼症患者的临床疗效。方法干眼症患者86例被随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。所有患者给予常规治疗及常规护理,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用归桃地黄丸方熏蒸联合穴位按摩。比较2组干预前,干预2周后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌测试(SIT)、角膜荧光素染色积分(FL),视觉模拟评分(VAS)及疗效评价。结果干预后研究组BUT、SIT明显高于对照组,FL明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者VAS评分明显低于本组干预前,且研究组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩有效缓解干眼症患者的不适感,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fumigation com bined with acupoint massage on xerophthalmia. Methods Eighty-six patients with xerophthalmia were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 43 patients in each group. All patients were given routine treatment and routine nursing, and the study group was given Guitao Dihuang pill fumigation combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the conventional treatment. The tear film rupture time(BUT), tear secretion test(SIT), corneal fluorescein staining score(FL), visual simulation score(VAS) and efficacy evaluation were compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks after intervention. Results After the intervention, BUT, SIT of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, FL of the study group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the intervention, and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve the discomfort of patients with xerophthalmia and improve the clinical effect.
