中医护理对心力衰竭患者并发症及疾病自我管理能力的影响

The Effect of Individualized Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Complications and Disease Self-management Ability of Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨中医护理联合个体化护理对心力衰竭患者并发症及疾病自我管理能力的影响。方法收集收治的心力衰竭患者72例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者予以个体化护理,试验组予以个体化护理联合中医护理,比较2组患者自我效能GSES、自我护理能力ESEA评分及并发症。结果与干预前相比,干预后2组患者症状管理自我效能、疾病共性自我效能、自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平以及自我护理能力ESEA总分升高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,试验组患者症状管理自我效能、疾病共性自我效能、自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平以及自我护理能力ESEA总分较高,并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合个体化护理能够增强心力衰竭患者治疗的信心,提高自我护理能力,并发症发生率较低。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on complications and disease self-management ability of patients with heart failure. Methods Seventy-two patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given individualized nursing, while patients in the experimental group were given individualized nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The self-efficacy GSES, self-care ability ESEA score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the pre-intervention group, the ESEA scores of symptom management self-efficacy,disease common self-efficacy, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, self-concept, health knowledge level and self-care ability of the two groups increased after the intervention(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the ESEA scores of symptom management self-efficacy, disease common self-efficacy, self-care skills and self-care ability of the experimental group increased(P<0.05). ESEA scores of nursing responsibility, self-concept, health knowledge and self-care ability of the experimental group were higher, and the incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower(P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can enhance the confidence of patients with heart failure, improve self-management ability, and the incidence of complications is low.
