近年来,国家对中医药健康产业的发展高度重视,旨在深度挖掘中华传统医学宝库的基础上,通过医疗、药物、健康服务等相结合的方式,提升人民群众的健康水平,而该产业的发展与人才队伍的发展密不可分。通过对安徽省中医药健康产业现状的调研,从需求与供给两方面出发,发掘中医药健康人才的现状,并在此基础上提出相应的策略建议。
