A Study on the Relationship between Mental Health of Young Teachers in Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Their Teaching Work and Scientific Research Achievements

摘要 目的探讨中医药高校青年教师心理健康与教学工作、科研成绩的关系,寻找改善心理健康状况的路径和方法。方法以120名40岁以下的青年教师为研究对象,利用症状自评量表(SCL-90量表),对教师的心理状况进行测量。用折算工作量和科研课时量作为衡量教学工作量和科研成绩的指标。结果反映心理健康状况的恐怖、偏执因子与教学工作量呈显著正相关;反映心理健康状况的躯体化因子与科研成绩呈显著正相关。结论中医药高校青年教师的心理健康状况与教学工作量和科研成绩有密切相关性。 Objective To explore the relationship between the mental health of young teachers in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicineand their achievements in teaching and scientific research, and to find ways and means to improve their mental health.Methods 120 young teachers under 40 years old in our school were selected as the research objects. The psychological status of teachers was measured by SCL-90 scale. Converted workload and scientific research hours are used as indicators to measure teaching workload and scientific research achievements. Results The factors of terror and paranoia reflecting mental health were positively correlated with teaching workload, and the factors of somatization reflecting mental health were positively correlated with scientific research achievements. Conclusion The mental health status of young teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to teaching workload and scientific research achievements.
