ISO组织对Twinning政策做了大幅修改后,对中国参与国际标准化组织的行业和机构造成了很大的影响。纺织品技术委员会同样受到了波及,通过积极采取应对措施成功化解了此次危机,并从中得到了一系列处理ISO政策和技术问题的经验以及重要的认识。

The policy of Twinning had been substantially revised by the ISO organization, which had a great impact on the industries and institutions participating in ISO in China. The Textiles Technical Committee was also affected, and the crisis was successfully resolved by taking active countermeasures, from which a series of experiences and important knowledge was gained in dealing with ISO policy and technical business.
