摘要
针对南京林业大学2012、2013届涉林专业毕业生进行问卷调查,为大学课程设置、专业调整方向、学生工作后的学习方式、已就业毕业生职岗匹配和职业成长提供理论支撑和相关建议。基于438份有效问卷的调查发现:大学课程对工作的关联性与专业有关;不同类型的大学课程对毕业生的职岗匹配影响不同;毕业生工作后不同的学习方式对其职岗匹配、职业成长均有不同影响;毕业生职岗匹配度越高、职业成长越快,越有利于毕业生薪酬的增长。
A questionnaire survey was conducted on the graduates of 2012 and 2013 in Nanjing Forestry University in order to provide theoretical support and relevant suggestions for the setting of university courses and the direction of major adjustment,as well as the influence of learning style after work on the job post matching and career growth of employed graduates.Based on 438 valid questionnaires,it is found that the relevance of university courses to work is related to major;different types of university courses have different effects on job matching of graduates;different learning styles have different effects on job matching and career growth of graduates after work;the higher the degree of job matching of graduates,the faster their career growth,the more conducive to the growth of graduates'salary.
