摘要
文章建立了含基座影响的隔振系统阻抗与振动功率流分析模型,分析了设备基座对隔振器机械阻抗的影响,提出了一种改进隔振器阻抗参数测试方法,以解决阻塞法测试阻抗参数过程中未考虑设备基座影响的问题。分别采用阻塞法与改进方法获得了隔振器的阻抗参数,并利用隔振系统的传递功率流对两种方法进行了对比验证,计算结果证明了改进方法的有效性。改进的阻抗参数测试方法考虑了基座对隔振器机械阻抗的影响,能够获得与其在实际结构中的阻抗特性更为一致的结果。
An analysis model of a vibration isolation with base for impedance and vibration power flow is established. Influence of the base on the mechanical impedance of the isolator is analyzed. In order to solve the problem that the blocking method does not consider the effect of base during the impedance test, an improved test method is proposed. The blocking method and improved method are used to obtain the impedance of the isolator, and the transitive power flow is calculated to verify these two methods. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the improved method. In terms of the influence of the base on the mechanical impedance of the isolator, the improved method shows better consistence with results in practical engineering.
