Practice and Exploration of Improving Industrial Service Ability of Metal Material Heat Treatment Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

以我国某市高等专科学院为案例,探讨其金属材料与热处理专业以提高专业服务产业发展能力为出发点,通过其与行业企业合作,了解其处理专业能力体系及相关标准,从而形成专业312培养模式,使其在最大限度提高学生的综合能力,提高教学质量及人才培养的效果。

In this paper,we mainly take a case study of a city’s college of higher education as an example to analyze its metal materials and heat treatment specialty,which takes improving the development ability of professional service industry as the starting point.Understand the professional capacity system and related standards through its cooperation with industry enterprises,thus forming the professional 312 training mode.The training mode can improve the comprehensive ability of students to the maximum extent,and strengthen the relevant teaching quality and the effectiveness of talents training.
