摘要
目的探讨低成本合成安息香的方法及最佳反应条件。方法采用正交试验确定回流时间、聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)的量、维生素B1的量及反应温度,进而确定安息香高产率下的合适条件。结果加入PEG-400可以显著降低维生素B1的用量和提高安息香的产率,以维生素B18.0 g,反应时间2.0 h,PEG-4003.2 g,反应温度为75℃时,产率高,纯度好,重现性好。结论采用相转移催化剂可以有效提高安息香的产率,减少维生素B1的用量。
Objective:To research the method of low-cost synthesis of benzoin and to find the best reaction condition under high yield.Methods:Orthogonal tests were used to determine the reflux time,PEG-400 quantity,vitamin B1 quantity and reaction temperature,so as to determine the appropriate conditions for benzoin under high yield.Results:PEG-400 could significantly reduce the amount of vitamin B1 and improve the yield of benzoin.Under the condition that vitamin B18.0 g,response time 2.0 h,PEG-4003.2 g,and the reaction temperature 75℃,benzoin had high yield,good purity and good reproducibility.Conclusion:Phase transfer catalyst can effectively increase the yield of benzoin and reduce the amount of vitamin B1.
