安罗替尼上市后不良反应高血压的监测

Monitoring of adverse reaction hypertension after anlotinib

目的监测安罗替尼上市后在临床使用中出现不良反应高血压的一般规律和特点。方法收集我院2019年1月—2020年1月期间258例非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,对安罗替尼治疗后的血压情况进行统计分析。结果患者在服用安罗替尼治疗的过程中出现的不良反应高血压的频率为58.14%,其中有既往高血压病史患者的频率大于无既往高血压病史的患者,且男性患者的频率大于女性。结论高血压是安罗替尼常见的不良反应之一,发生率较高。在临床使用中应重视血压的监测,并采取相应的措施。

Objective:To monitor the general rule and characteristics of adverse reactions to hypertension in clinical use after the market for anlotinib.Methods:The clinical data of 258 patients with non-small cell lung cancer from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected.The blood pressure of the patients after treatment with anlotinib was statistically analyzed.Results:The probability of adverse reactions to hypertension during the treatment with anlotinib was 58.14%.The probability of patients with previous history of hypertension was greater than that without previous history of hypertension,and the probability of male patients was greater than that of females.Conclusion:Hypertension is one of the common adverse reactions of anlotinib and the incidence is high.In clinical use,attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood pressure and corresponding measures should be taken.
