在新冠肺炎疫情防控形势严峻的时刻,快递小哥奔走在大街小巷,在城市运转和社区生活中发挥了不可或缺的作用。他们作为"摆渡者"支撑了城市运转,作为"守望人"传递着生活希望,作为逆行的"蜂鸟"飞翔在疫情前线。然而,他们却面临着职业歧视、顾客投诉、收入不稳、保障不到位等各方面的问题,需要社会有关方面加大执法监督,规范劳动制度,提供发展平台,摒弃传统偏见,切实促进快递小哥的社会融入与权益保障。

In the battle against the novel coronavirus pneumonia,couriers run around the city streets and play an indispensable role in the city operation and people’s life. They support the city’s operation as"ferrymen",convey life hopes as"watchmen",and fly on the frontlines of the anti-epidemic campaign as"hummingbirds". However,they are faced with various problems such as occupational discrimination,customer complaints,income instability,inadequate security,etc. It’s necessary to strengthen law enforcement supervision,standardize labor systems,provide development platforms,and abandon traditional prejudices and effectively promote the social integration and rights protection of couriers.
