摘要
针对郑徐高铁开通初期出现的徐州东线路所RBC交接区附近和上海局与郑州局局界附近C3无线超时问题,结合郑徐高铁GSM-R无线覆盖方案、MSC与RBC管辖范围、车载电台记录和网络设备故障代码等,详细分析故障产生的原因,提出解决方案。鉴于问题隐蔽,且涉及通信、信号两系统,在工程建设、联调联试和试运行阶段均未被发现,总结提出工程设计、数据制作、联调联试和试运行方面的建议,供后续高速铁路GSM-R网络设计、调试及故障分析等参考。
In view of the problem of CTCS-3(C3) radio timeout near the RBC handover area around Xuzhou East Railway Station and near the boundary between Shanghai Railway Bureau and Zhengzhou Railway Bureau in the initial stage of commercial operation of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway, the paper analyzes the causes of the failures in detail and propose solutions based on the GSM-R radio coverage scheme, administration scopes of the MSC and the RBC, records of on-board radio terminals and network equipment failure codes of the railway. Since it is difficult to identify the underlying causes and the communication and signaling systems are both involved, the problem is not exposed in the construction, joint commissioning and trial operation stages. Suggestions on engineering design, data preparation, joint commissioning and trial operation are summarized and presented for reference for the subsequent design, commissioning and failure analysis of GSM-R networks of high-speed railways.
