摘要
京杭运河苏南段自北向南穿越太湖流域腹地,沿途与太湖下游平原河网诸水系交汇,跨越多个水利片区。随着社会经济的快速发展,沿运河排涝能力显著增强,为了保障沿河地区防洪安全,全面提升京杭运河堤防防洪能力建设迫在眉睫。梳理了京杭运河苏州段加固工程建设的必要性、建设过程中遇到的问题及管理经验。
From north to south, the Sunan Section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal passes through the hinterland of the Taihu Lake Basin. Along the way, it intersects with various water systems on the plain and river networks in the lower Taihu Lake. The drainage capacity along the canal has been significantly enhanced along with fast social and economic development. In order to safeguard flood control along the river, it is urgent to upgrade the overall capacity of dyke system along the Grand Canal. The necessity to reinforce Wujiang section of Grand Canal in Suzhou, as well as managerial experiences and problems encountered during project construction are reviewed.
