校园是否稳定直接关系社会和国家安定,但是高校突发事件的发生必然会打破校园的平稳状态,甚至会威胁师生的生命安全。信息技术的发展,使高校处理突发事件面临挑战与机遇并存。新型冠状病毒疫情的暴发使社会进入高度紧张状态,全国上下都在齐心协力共同应战,而融媒体背景下,高校应对疫情突发事件面临社会信息干扰、学生法律意识薄弱、高校危机管理落后等挑战,高校应根据具体情况,抓住处理突发事件的最佳时机,积极探索并及时制定符合自身的应急对策,以守住校园堡垒,维持社会稳定。

Whether the campus is stable or not is directly related to the social and national stability,but theoccurrence of unexpected incidents in colleges and universities will inevitably break the stable state of the campus,and even threaten the safety of teachers and students. With the development of information technology,colleges and universities are confronted with both challenges and opportunities in dealing with unexpected events.The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has put society in a high state of tension. The whole country is working together to fight the war,facing the challenges such as the interference of social information,the weak legal consciousness of students and the backward crisis management,colleges and universities should seize the favorable opportunity to actively and timely formulate their own emergency countermeasures to maintain social stability.
