摘要
针对某石化公司芳烃连续重整装置的生产现状、存在问题及需求,为实现节能降耗而进行控制优化,在常规DCS控制的基础上提出了芳烃连续重整装置先进控制系统的控制目标、控制策略、系统结构及控制方案。利用机理建模,单值预估控制来进行先进控制器搭建,应用结果证实了所开发系统实现了质量指标的卡边控制,降低了能耗,提升了装置的平稳性。
Aiming at the production status,existing problem and requirement of a petrochemical company aromatics continuous reforming unit,control optimization is carried out for achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.The control objectives,control strategies,system structure and control schemes of the advanced process control system based on conventional DCS control for aromatics continuous reforming unit are presented.The model is constructed with mechanism.The single-value predictive control technique is applied to construct the advanced process controller.The application results have verified the bounder control for the quality index is realized,the energy consumption is reduced,the stability for the unit is improved.
