摘要
某硫磺回收装置的先进控制采用了HCHSmartCS系统,为了便于先进控制系统更好地实施,项目在设计阶段即建立了合理的控制目标,优化了控制方案,介绍了先进控制系统软件和硬件实施的保障措施,在仪表和设备选型时吸纳工艺操作人员意见,并从系统维护方面讨论了先进控制项目成功实施的要点。
The advanced process control adopts HCHSmartCS system in one sulfur recovery installation.To better implement the advanced process control system,the project set up reasonable control objective,optimized control scheme at the design stage.The safeguard measure for the implementation of advanced process control system software and hardware is introduced.The key point of successful implementation for the advanced process control project is discussed from the selection of instrument and equipment,adoption of process operator's opinions,system maintence.
