Construction of Social Governance Community and the Promotion of Social Work

受工业化、市场化的影响,原初的、互相关怀和具有舒适感的社会生活共同体发生着重要变化。共同体概念也被运用于经济、政治、政策等领域,反映了这一概念工具性含义的增强。社会治理共同体有工具型和价值型之分,建设价值-工具型(工具-价值型)社会治理共同体应该成为我国社会治理制度建设的现实选择。社会工作在建设价值-工具型(工具-价值型)社会治理共同体中具有重要作用。

Affected by industrialization and marketization,big changes have taken place in the meaning of original social life community.The concept of community has also been applied to many different fields,such as economic,political,and policy fields,which reflects the increased instrumental meaning of the concept.There are two types of social governance community:instrumental type and value type.Value-instrumental(or instrumental-value)social governance community should be a realistic choice for the construction of China's social governance system.Social work plays an important role in building a value-instrumental(or instrumental-value)social governance community.
