2019年底新冠病毒突发公共卫生事件之后,主导疫情防治的主要是医疗卫生体系和社区组织体系,社会工作虽然迅速动员起来,试图积极参与到公共卫生防控过程,但是限于我国现有的专业体系和社区体系,普通社会工作专业只能在一般志愿者角色和网上心理辅导两者之间发力。因此,社会工作应在医治、防控和救援等方面实现跨专业协同。在这个过程中,应处理好行政权威与专业自治之间的矛盾、专业技术和地方性知识的关系协调问题,以及跨专业团队领导协调能力的提升和治理机制的构建。

After the public health emergency of the new coronavirus at the end of 2019,the main leaders in the prevention and control of the epidemic are the health care system and the community organization system,and although the social work is quickly mobilized to try to actively participate in the public health prevention and control process,it is limited to the existing professional system and community system in our country.General social work maj ors can only work between general volunteer roles and online psychological counseling.Therefore,social work should be in the areas of medical treatment,prevention and control and rescue to achieve cross-disciplinary coordination.In this process,we should deal with the contradiction between administrative authority and professional autonomy,the coordination of the relationship between professional and technical and local knowledge,as well as the promotion of the coordination ability of the leadership of the multi-professional team and the construction of the governance mechanism.
