模具是铸造成型过程中必不可少的工艺装备,是铸造生产的关键要素。其设计思路和工艺方案关系到模具的总体质量,进而决定着铸件的最终质量。因此,对于模具的设计应引起铸造企业的高度重视。从铸造企业的角度出发,对模具的设计,尤其是模具上浇注系统的设计以及模具各部位材料的设计进行详细的研究,以期能为模具制造前的设计工作提供参考价值。

Mold is an indispensable process equipment in the casting process,and it is a key element of casting production.Its design ideas and process plans are related to the overall quality of the mold,which furthermore determines the final quality of the casting.Therefore,the design of the mold should be paid greater attention in casting enterprises.From the perspective of the foundry enterprise,the mold design,especially the design of the pouring system on the mold,and the design of the material of each part of the mold have been studied in detail in order to provide reference value for the design work before mold manufacturing.
