高频超声测量正常成人球后3mm处的视神经鞘直径及其相关因素 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高频超声测量正常成人球后3 mm处的视神经鞘直径(ONSD)的正常参考值范围及其相关因素。方法选取193名正常成年人为研究对象,应用高频超声测量双眼眼球轴长及球后3 mm处的ONSD,计算ONSD的正常参考值范围。比较男女性之间、左右眼之间ONSD的差异,并分析ONSD与年龄、性别、身高、体重、腰围、头围的相关性。结果正常成人ONSD与性别、身高、体重、头围、体质指数呈正相关(均P<0.05),与年龄、腰围无相关性(均P>0.05)。正常成人ONSD为(3.55±0.48)mm(95%CI:3.47~3.63),其中正常成年女性ONSD为(3.42±0.45)mm(95%CI:3.33~3.51),正常成年男性ONSD平均值为(3.75±0.46)mm(95%CI:3.63~3.87)。左右眼之间的ONSD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男性ONSD大于女性(P<0.05)。结论高频超声测量正常成人ONSD为(3.55±0.48)mm,其中女性为(3.42±0.45)mm,男性为(3.75±0.46)mm。正常成人ONSD与性别、身高、体重、头围、体质指数相关。 Objective To explore the normal reference range of optic nerve sheath diameter(ONSD)3 mm retrobulbarly measured on high-frequency ultrasound in healthy adults and its related factors.Methods A total of 193 healthy adults were enrolled as research subjects,high-frequency ultrasound was used to measure binocular optic axis and ONSD 3 mm retrobulbarly,and the normal reference range of ONSD was calculated.ONSD was compared between males and females,or between left and right eyes.The correlation of ONSD with age,gender,height,body weight,waist circumference,and head circumference was analyze.Results Among healthy adults ONSD positively correlated with gender,height,body weight,head circumference,and body mass index(all P<0.05),and did not correlate with age or waist circumference(all P>0.05).ONSD was 3.55±0.48 mm in healthy adults,with a 95%CI of 3.47 to 3.63,3.42±0.45 mm in healthy female adults,with a 95%CI of 3.33 to 3.51,and 3.75±0.46 mm in healthy male adults,with a 95%CI of 3.63 to 3.87 mm.There was no statistically significant difference in ONSD between left and right eyes(P>0.05),males had greater ONSD than females(P<0.05).Conclusion ONSD measured on high-frequency ultrasound is 3.55±0.48 mm in healthy adults,3.42±0.45 mm in females and 3.75±0.46 mm in males.ONSD correlates with gender,height,body weight,head circumference,and body mass index in healthy adults.
