Basic Idea and Practice Path of Data Governance in the Education Field

摘要 实现数据治理,是大数据时代教育领域治理体系和治理能力现代化的应有之义。基于此,文章首先分析了教育领域数据治理的现状及其实现逻辑。随后,文章从治理思想、治理逻辑、治理范式、治理环境四个维度,提出了教育领域数据治理的基本思路,即强调以信息流动为导向、以多元耦合为内核、以数据驱动为理念、以系统集成为支撑。最后,文章围绕顶层设计、融合应用、联通机制、运行模式四个方面,阐述了教育领域数据治理的可行路径,以期为教育领域数据治理的健康有序发展提供理论指导,并推动教育领域数据治理体系和治理能力现代化的实现。 Realizing data governance is the integral component of the modernization of governance system and governance capability in the education field of big data era.Based on this,the current situation and practical logic of data governance in the education field were firstly analyzed,and then the basic idea of data governance was put forward from four dimensions of governance thought,governance logic,governance paradigm and governance environment,which was emphasized on taking information flow as the guide,multiple coupling as the core,data-driven as the concept and system integration as the support.Finally,focusing on top-level design,fusion application,unicom mechanism and operation model,this paper expounded the feasible paths of data governance in the education field,expecting to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy and orderly development of data governance in the educational field,and promote the realization of modernization of governance system and governance capability in the educational field.
