摘要
针对高校教师教育信息平台使用意愿与行为不一致的问题,文章首先通过深度访谈,获取有效资料进行质性编码,基于MOA(Motivation、Opportunity、Ability)维度进行问卷设计与调研。随后,文章通过对西安市四所高校教师的问卷调查数据进行因子分析与相关性分析,测算了MOA维度的影响力;同时,文章运用Logistics回归方法,对教师教育信息化平台使用意愿与行为不一致的测量维度进行分析。结果发现:MOA维度的总均值"机会>动机>能力",说明能力的提升可有效促进动机与机会的增长;学生对信息平台的认可,是教师使用意愿转化为教学行为的主要驱动力;而信息化工具与方法的掌握不足,限制了使用意愿与行为的一致性。文章的研究可推进教育信息化2.0行动计划在教学中的落地,并为实现教育创新融合发展提供参考。
In view of the inconsistency between university teachers’use intention and behaviors of education information platform,this paper firstly obtained effective materials for qualitative coding through in-depth interview and conducted questionnaire design and investigation based on MOA(Motivation,Opportunity,Ability)dimensions.Then,the influence of MOA dimensions was measured through the factor and correlation analysis of the questionnaire survey data of teachers from 4 universities in Xi’an city.At the same time,the Logistic regression method was used to analyze the measure dimensions of the inconsistency between teachers’use intention and behaviors of education information platform.It was found that the total average values of MOA dimensions from high to low were"opportunity","motivation"and ability",and the improvement of ability could effectively promote the growth of motivation and opportunity.Meanwhile,students’recognition of information platform was the main driving force for the transformation of teachers’use intention to teaching behaviors.However,the insufficient grasp of the information tools and methods could limit the consistency of use intention and behaviors.The research of this paper could provide reference for promoting the implementation of the education informationization 2.0 action plan in teaching and achieving the integration development of the educational innovation.
